Miscellaneous
Don’t worry, you will know if buying our report is worth it or not. We would never want you to spend your
hard earned money without knowing exactly what you are buying. When you upload/import your bill, you will
see a "Free View" of the savings we find before you buy your analysis. This "Free View"
will tell you exactly how much you will save MINUS the $5 cost of your report.
We have to make money and we don’t want to distract you with ads, and your analysis is completely independent
of all the carrier’s wallets. Those "free" sites are commissioned by the carrier when you change
your plan through them. This means they are financially motivated to get you on a higher price plan because
the carrier will give them more money if you go on a higher price plan. Using those "free" sites
are like going to a Mom & Pop store and asking them to analyze your bill. Besides, they analyze less than
.01% of the information we analyze. If you want something for free, remember there is always a catch.
Are you sure you paid for your analysis? If you didn’t pay, you won’t have an analysis. Sometimes our users
see the "Free View" of the savings we found and think that is the analysis... that isn’t the
analysis. Just to be sure, log into your account at www.validas.com and click on "My Bills".
If there is no report there you did not pay. If you still think you’ve paid, email the Wireless Butler at
While all sales are final, if you see savings before buying an analysis and after you buy it there are no
savings we will refund your purchase. While this never ever happens, we want to make sure you know this.
Have some faith, we risked everything to save you money, not cost you more.

the Butler will see what happened. If you did upload the same bill 3 times and paid for them, he will be more than happy to help you.
If we said there was an error in processing your payment and you don’t see a full analysis, then there is an
issue with your credit card or financial institution. I’m sure you pay your bills, but you really should check
with your financial institution to see why your purchase didn’t go through. Just remember, we risked our
entire lives to help save you money the last thing we want to do is take your money without giving you our
valuable service.
If you upload your bill, yes there is a specific way to save your bill. If you import your bill
with a Mac, there is nothing different you need to do. Here are instructions on saving your bill on a Mac:
When saving your bill using a Macintosh computer you must use the SAVE FILE option. If you use the Open
with Preview option your bill will not be processed accurately and we cannot guarantee it will work at all.
No way, you have to use the pdf bill provided by your carrier. If you are a T-Mobile customer you must
follow the instructions listed below, under the question "How do I get my T-Mobile bill into a PDF?"
No, you must use the original pdf bill provided by your carrier. You can not
use a scanned copy of your paper bill because our technology can only read
the PDF that your carrier’s web site provides; it can not read scanned bills.
No, lo siento que no en este momento. (Not at this time, sorry)
No. We do not support unity bills by any carrier at this time.
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel and T-Mobile
No, you must use the original pdf bill provided by your carrier. You can not take a screen capture of your bill or your online account
and turn it into a pdf document and upload it to our service. Validas will not be able to properly analyze this format. Validas requires the original
pdf bill that you can download from your carrier or if you are a T-Mobile customer you must follow our steps below to create
a proper Pdf version of your bill that we can analyze.
Not at all, we aren’t carrier resellers... we are wireless bill experts. But here is how we get your plan
changed for you: Our technology drafts a personalized email to your carrier from our site. All you have to
do is review the email our technology creates and press "send message". The carrier will
reply to you, and that email will appear in the email inbox of the email address you have registered with Validas.
Absolutely. Every upload equals 1 bill. You can upload any bill you want.
No, we give you the best technology so you can manage it yourself without any headaches.
Double check your username and password that you use to log into your carriers web site: Go to your carriers web site and log on with it.
Our technology does not analyze mixed-service bills. We know you can download a wireless PDF from that bill but that still won’t work.
Go to your carrier’s web site, and follow their instructions for "forgot password"
or "forgot username". This will only exist if you have logged into your carriers web site
to view your account before. If you have never logged into your carriers web site, all you have to
do is register your account on your carrier’s web site and go back to validas.com and import your bill.
AT&T
This is an AT&T unity bill which combines landline and wireless.
In this example, the user downloaded their bill using their own PDF conversion program. Please follow
the instructions in this
video to use our service.
If you use your own PDF program we cannot guarantee your bill will work.

T-Mobile’s web site doesn’t generate a PDF, and our technoloy requires all bills to be saved
in a PDF format. Don’t worry, just click the following link to get the only software that
will put your T-Mobile bill in the right format:

-
Download the free PDF conversion software. Please note, Validas is not affiliated with this
