Refund Policies:
Given the immediate financial benefits and insights gained from our analysis, Validas generally does not offer refunds. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Therefore, we evaluate refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis for special situations such as accidental purchases in MCCa (our SaaS platform), fraudulent charges, or significant service issues.
